As long as your Chevrolet vehicle is properly registered, you will automatically receive a Chevrolet recall notice from the manufacturer. You can also check for Chevrolet recalls on your car by searching its VIN, or Vehicle Identification Number. This number is unique to your vehicle and can usually be found on the certification label in the driver’s door opening or on a plate on the driver’s side windshield, visible from the exterior of the vehicle.
Pleasant Grove and Eagle Mountain drivers of older Chevrolet models should keep in mind that the VIN search is only available for Chevrolet recalls issued within the last 15 years. To search for recalls on vehicles older than 15 years, contact the Chevrolet Customer Relationship Center.
