Had an Emissions error on my 2024 Silverado 3500HD that was limiting power and acceleration. Ken Garff service was open on Saturday and was able to get me in. They did a fantastic job getting everything back up and running quickly. They communicated extremely well and although very expensive the service and work they performed was worth it.

Whenever I have vehicle problems I will call and get an appointment quickly.. if there is a problem with the car it is fixed immediately and I on the road.

Service was performed as requested and in a timely manner. The one concern I have is that the service department is not decisive on Corvette service intervals. The dealer needs a "go to" specialist for the Corvette line-up. I would like a specific service tech I can go to for Corvette specific service questions

I was able to get in for a service quickly. Basic services like oil changes are reasonable but most of the other services are priced rather high and that information isn’t really available until after you get it into the bay.

They do a visual inspection of the vehicle and videotape it and send it to you. That gives me a comfort level.

Ken Garff Chevrolet has always taken very good care of my truck and informed me of anything I needed to know. They always check for factory recalls and never skip steps. Oh, and my truck always comes back nice and clean with a fresh wash!
Excellent service and wonderful waiting area with good coffee and soda. The restrooms were nice and clean also.
Prices are outrageous, however i go for oil changes because they usually have a crazy good coupon for synthetic oil, then they do a little inspection so I know my tires, brakes etc aren't dead

The day of my appointment to have the first oil change on my 2026 Corvette it was discovered that really did not have appointment. But Colton quickly resolved the mix up and got my car right in.
