I got a reminder in the mail. Set up my appointment that morning on line for 1 pm that day. I would have got my car back that day but had a nail in my back tire sidewall on my C8 Corvette so I got it back the next day with the tire replacement.
Purchased a 2 yr old vehicle with extended warranty here. I’ve had to use the extended warranty twice for repairs it covers. The American Fork Ken Garff Chevrolet has been excellent to work with. They are not pushy. They let me know of other maintenance coming up due to mileage, but don’t guilt or push me into doing it. Scheduled my first maintenance appointment through their automated system. It was easy. Arrived, check in was immediate. Customer lounge was clean. Beverage area was fully stocked. Bathrooms were clean. My service /wait time was fairly minimal. I didn’t have to wait too long. Overall it was a very good experience.

Everyone is friendly. They took truck amd fix it fairly fast. They really took good care of my vehicle. The team was super friendly and got the repairs done in no time.
